What do we offer you?

At Jaarbeurs, we believe it is important that you are fairly and adequately compensated for your work. Your salary depends on your position, experience, and responsibilities, and consists of:

  • A competitive base salary
  • 8% vacation pay, paid out in May
  • A business success plan (up to 5%)
  • Do you hold a sales position? If so, you are eligible for a commission plan and possibly a company car

We believe that taking time to recharge is just as important as working hard. That’s why we offer the following:

  • 27 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek
  • The option to purchase additional vacation days
  • The option to exchange up to 4 official holidays for days that better align with your personal beliefs

This gives you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life in a way that suits you.

At Jaarbeurs, we make sure you’re set for the future.

You’ll build up your pension through a.s.r. or Pensioenfonds Horeca en Catering (PHenC), afhankelijk van je functie.

a.s.r.

  • Jaarbeurs contributes 8% of your salary toward your pension.
  • You can choose to make additional contributions yourself (up to 2%); Jaarbeurs will match this, up to a total of 10%.
  • The survivor’s pension is part of the pension plan.

Horeca and Catering Pension Fund (PHenC)

  • Jaarbeurs and the employee each contribute 8.4% toward the pension premium.
  • The survivor’s pension is automatically insured.

Through My Pension Overview, you can view your personal pension situation and accrual.

  • Public transportation & car policy: €0.23/km reimbursement (up to 50 km one way). Traveling by car? Then the first 10 km are at your own expense.
  • Parking: Free parking right in the city center!
