Your new job

As Marketing Content & Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual and digital presence of the Agrifood Portfolio at VNU Europe. You will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials, supporting the continuous improvement of our websites, and enhancing the overall customer journey.

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the Marcom Team to ensure visual consistency, user-friendly digital platforms, and a seamless visitor experience across all touchpoints.

This is what you like to do

  • Design & Creative Production:
    Develop visually compelling marketing materials such as digital banners, brochures, social media visuals, presentations, signage, and other promotional assets for various campaigns and events.

  • Website Optimization & Maintenance:
    Support the structure, design, content updates, and technical maintenance of the portfolio’s websites to enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Journey Support:
    Contribute to the improvement of the customer journey by designing clear, attractive signage, and by optimizing touchpoints across both digital and physical channels.

  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure visual alignment with the corporate and portfolio brand guidelines across all marketing and communication outputs.

  • Internal Communication Support:
    Design and develop materials to support internal presentations, team events, and stakeholder communications.

  • Campaign Support:
    Work closely with the Marcom Team to provide creative input, design support, and technical expertise for ongoing marketing campaigns.

Job requirements

What do you bring

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, with additional skills in design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.

  • A keen sense for design, creativity, and visual storytelling.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

  • Technical knowledge of website building and maintenance (experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is essential).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization is a big plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • A monthly salary between €3.446 and €4.400 (Styr level 7) based on 40 hours per week and depending on your experience

  • 8% holiday allowance and a pension contribution

  • 27 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek, with the option to purchase additional days
